HCTI refers you on your behalf to our 3rd-party community agency partner.

The 3rd-party agency will contact you within 5–7 business days to begin eligibility.

Meet all requirements
Attend all mandatory appointments, submit paperwork, meet with a Career Coach, and complete the Financial Empowerment course.
